Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Coconut Cookies

These are simply AMAZING!! I recently found out my body doesn’t handle gluten very well so I have been experimenting. But honestly, these are wayyyy better than regular cookies. Give them a try!

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
3 eggs
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried dates
3 tbs flax seeds
2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto non stick cookie sheet. Bake for aprox 8-10 mins. Let cool and enjoy 😄
